FAQ

1- What is the turn around time for the images?

You are guaranteed your images with 2 weeks from receiving the product. Images may arrive earlier depending on scheduling and the clients needs.

2- Can I give any direction on how to shoot my product?

If you have a specific direction, you can definitely provide us with the details and we will take your creative direction to photograph your products and edit the photos. However you do not have to and you can leave it up to us. We have a professional stylist in house who will collaborate with the photographer to achieve the best possible result. 

3- Will the amazon packages rates change?

If your project falls within the specifications listed in the Amazon packages, There are no additional charges. If you need more images or have specific needs outside the the basic shoot then additional charges will apply. We can discuss this during and initial consultation.

4- How can I get my products back?

You can pick up the products after the shoot or we can ship the products back to you. If you do not provide us with a return shipping label the cost of shipping will be invoiced to you. You can also simply leave the product with us. I am sure my kids would love to mess with it:)
