Dobbs Family / Life University Portraits

Did I mention that we get to meet cool people at weddings? Oh yes…. And, Ms. Amber is one of them! I can’t help but call this beautiful mom, “Ms. Amber” because she was both of our girls’ violin teacher! Yes, we met her at a wedding where she was playing with her trio, and they sounded gorgeous! I loved her joyful attitude and couldn’t help but ask if she taught lessons. We had to do it online because of the pandemic when we started and because we are so far from one another. If we lived closer to her, we’ve would’ve totally had her teach our girls in person. They got to have lessons with her for I think a little over a year, and it was amazing! Our girls loved her! They’re continuing at school as part of their class, so we stopped lessons, but we are so thankful that we can still connect with her and her family through photography. We were so honored when she asked because she’s not just creative musically, but in so many other ways too! Through her social media posts, I knew right away that she LOVES photography and even sewing! OH, and she sings too! OH! And the biggest Braves fan I’ve ever known! Definitely multi-talented, and she’s really good at all of it! I feel like I’m a jack of all trades sometimes, but Ms. Amber is a Master of it all! For someone who is so creative and thrives in that, it meant so much that she would choose us to be her photographer. She is gifted at so many things, but what stood the most out to me was her beautiful heart in loving her family. She is so dedicated and committed…. A loving wife and mother…I love that she is real and honest and just embraces LIFE! As I viewed all the photos on this blog, I immediately got chills at the beauty of this family of three. Ms. Amber, thank you for trusting us and thank you for being so joyful! Your smile is truly contagious… every time we have an encounter with you, it always brings a smile to our faces. When we showed our girls these photos, they said, “OMG!!!! MS. AMBER! That’s my violin teacher!” :) Thank you for the positive impact you’ve had on our girls and inspiring them for the arts! We hope that you love these photos and will cherish them for many years to come!

With much love,
