Did you know? Perfect weddings do exist… well, to us anyways. It’s all about perspective, and in ours, it can be done, and Kathryn + Mikey did it! As photographers, all we ask is that no one gets in the way of our shots and that everyone is on time. This couple made both of these things come true for us among many other bonus things like being so happy and beautiful! They ALWAYS had a smile on their faces… YES! Be happy on your wedding day! They were so easy and laid back to work with. They laughed at everything we said, especially what Craig said and we simply had a great time. Although it was cooler than expected for a Georgia Spring wedding, it was still a very nice day with no rain in sight! Hallelujah! No rain on a wedding day makes it that much more perfect! And, if you know GA weather, we will take a cooler day over a crazy hot day ANY day, right? Oh, I’m not done yet - I have so many more things to brag about our couple. They were so sweet too… so so so so so so nice and kind! At the end of their wedding day after the last shot, they said so many nice things to us and they haven’t even seen any photos yet! For us, how much our clients trust us is what I appreciate the most. I love that they just know that the photos are going to turn out well and well… THEY DID! I have looked through the images on this blog post so many times and want to tell all future brides to do it just like them. Every single guest and family member there were genuinely so happy for the couple and celebrated their union. Their families were so welcoming to us as well… I just can’t say enough how PERFECT everything turned out to be. There are many details to plan for a wedding day, but without LOVE, it means nothing! For Kathryn + Mikey, LOVE was the first and foremost thing and EVERYthing. You could tell that they live that out in their lives. After we packed up and drove home, I told Craig, “You know, I hope our kids have weddings like that. It was perfect.”
Kathryn + Mikey, thank you for making us feel like family and trusting through the entire day. You guys are the most ideal clients that any wedding photographer could dream of! We love you guys and we congratulate you once again. Your photos are beautiful, but to me, yours hearts are even more! May your marriage be blessed!
