Mani Family / Chattahoochee River & The Avalon Portraits

Through our kids, we have met some incredible people in our community. I love meeting other parents especially ones who have kids our age where we can connect and just understand each other. We may not have exact lives, but the joy and challenges of parenting can be very similar. Going through these seasons together as a community is so important to me. To know that I’m not alone makes me feel like I don’t have to go through things by myself. We can call/text each other questions and for advice whenever they’re needed! Making choices for your kids as they grow and mature is much harder than I thought. The Manis and we have two girls who are in the same grade, so we have many opportunities to see one another. We live just minutes from each other as well, so I just love the closeness and the friendship that especially our oldest ones share! I’ve always admired the Manis for their kindness… they’re so successful in many ways, yet they stay so humble! They’re truly so caring and sweet every single time we meet them… My favorite aspect about them is that they’re so genuine, real, down to earth people who have this healthy balance of life and work. These amazing parents are celebrating 20 years of marriage this summer! Say what? They look SO YOUNG! Don’t you agree? And, how are they staying so slim? Seriously… weight is no joke when you get older. I feel like I gain weight just from looking at food these days. To be married 20 years with grown kids and looking this good pretty much proves that they just know how to have their priorities straight. They take care of their kids and work, but they also take care of themselves. YES! Love that! Mani Family, we are so honored to have had this time together with you. Thank you for trusting us and waking up so early to do this morning shoot and willing to go through all the adventures with us at the river. We hope that you love these photos as much as we do and more!

With much love,
