Holly + Mason / Atlanta Beltline & Ponce City Market Engagement

We rarely call our clients “clients”. We refer them by name because after getting to know them, they’re not a “customer” anymore, they’re a friend. That’s the most fulfilling and sweetest part of our job. October of this year will mark 11 years in business for us, and it has been quite a journey. During those years, we have met some incredible people. Being in wedding photography, we always thought that we would be in contact with our couples just once in their life, but it’s amazing how we keep in contact with them through many of their photographic needs.  You see, we were Holly’s mom’s wedding photographers 2 years ago. Since then, we did a couple of shoots for her real estate business and kept in touch. This year, they contacted us for Holly’s wedding, and we were completely ecstatic when we heard the great news. We are of course happy and grateful with every wedding we book, but when it’s a family member of a previous client, we feel like we book a family reunion! The booking process is so smooth because we already know who they are and they are already familiar with the way we work and more than anything, trust is there. Isn’t trust everything? I’m really dwelling in that word a lot lately and how crucial that is in all relationships that we have. We love because we trust. Trust comes before even love. We didn't even meet with them!

Planning Holly + Mason’s engagement session was a pleasure too because they already knew what they wanted. We went to the heart of Atlanta, began at Piedmont Park and then ended the shoot at Ponce City Market. They chose the most perfect outfits for the backdrops that we chose. Their chemistry was very natural in front of the camera. Their happy, genuine smiles made the shoot flow so easily… Over the years, we have gotten very familiar with this area, and we were able to pick out the cutest spots for the look they were going for. They’re both very outgoing, so it was extra fun getting to know them throughout the shoot. Holly + Mason, it was such a pleasure spending this time with you guys. Once again, congratulations on your engagement, and we can’t wait to photograph your wedding in 2020! It’s going to be so much fun to see you guys again as well as the rest of your family. We deeply thank you for coming to us to celebrate the best day of your life! If you guys need any help or suggestions during your planning, please know that we are here to help! Until then, take care….

With much love,

Craig + Unchong
